Joe Webb is here to play. Of course with the help of Dimitri Patterson.
Patterson was burned by Harvin on a gorgeous deep throw and was able to get a pass interference call on top of the huge throw. The led to another big pass play over the middle, which gave the Vikings first and goal.
Then another personal foul on Patterson gave the Vikings a fresh set of downs on first and goal. Then two plays later, Webb threw a perfect throw to Sidney Rice in the corner of the endzone, which resulted in a touchdown.
Andy Reid threw the challenge flag, and the play was overturned. This led to a Vikings field goal. Webb had a great opening few plays, but kind of blew the touchdown following the challenge. Webb had a wide open Peterson on the goal line, and just ran out of bounds on a sack play.
The Vikings take an early lead in the second half, 10-7.
