Jaguars vs Colts: Jolt for the Colts as Jaguars Fail to convert on 4th Down
Jack Del Rio must have had a little Jack before today's game because going for it on fourth down, on your own side of the 50-yard line, only trailing the Colts by a mere four points can only lead to one thing: Touchdown.
Donald Brown made Del Rio pay with a 43-yard touchdown run, to give the Colts a 21-10 lead early in the second half. Brown has 123 yards rushing on just 10 carries, out-gaining the much more highly touted Maurice Jones-Drew, who has a mere 41 yards on 14 carries.
The Colts knew going in, they would need to play a great game to keep their hopes of playing in mid-January and so far, that's exactly what they're doing.
