If you didn't already know, Dr.Sulaiman Al-Fahim's Abu Dhabi United Group has taken over Manchester City Football Club, and they have already shocked the world of football by signing Robinho.
Dr. Fahim already has a few other targets in mind which include Cristiano Ronaldo, Fernando Torres and Cesc Fabregas.
Fabregas for one has ruled out a move to Eastlands;
"It would be suicidal for my career at 21 years of age to move to City, It would make no sense."
It appears Fabregas is not keen on suicide just yet, and he is happy at Arsenal.
I, for one, salute Cesc Fabregas—in this era of money mongering it's great to see some club loyalty out in the open..

sorry saalar, i don't see this as loyalty. just common sense. now if madrid or barca came in for him, that would be a different story. he'll end up in spain eventually.

I think partially that is true but I also know that he really loves Arsenal and is not too keen on leaving any time soon.

Expect a lot more similar comments from top players linked with the club each time.
But it certainly wasn't some sort of pledge of loyalty to the club, to me it just seemed like the sensible thing to say.

First Buffon and now Febregas....I guess that fantasy team he is trying to build isn't going as he planned.

I have a feeling if City in 5 years are like Chelsea are now you may get a different answer from Cesc....this has nothing to do with club loyalty more selfish reasons.

That's a pretty powerful reaction from Fabregas. Commit suicide? lol
It doesn't necessarily signify loyalty in this situation, it's just a look-out for his career.

I will have to agree with everyone else. He scared that the experiment that is the ownership of city by the ADUG will fail and he doesn't want to be there when it does.

unless Madrid or some other big club outside of England comes to him, I see Fabergas staying at Arsenal.
