The Los Angeles Times is reporting that a bar fight in San Diego's Pacific Beach neighborhood may have involved a number of San Diego Chargers players.
According to the Times:
"The incident occurred near the Bar West in Pacific Beach. By the time police arrived shortly after 2 a.m., witnesses and participants had fled, officials said.
By mid-morning police had been told that Chargers players had been present, although their role, if any, in the fight that sent a man in his 20s to the hospital is unknown. The names of the Chargers players were not released."
Interestingly enough, Bar West is the watering hole where former Chargers cornerback Antonio Cromartie was accused of throwing a champagne bottle at a man's head, though no charges were ever filed.
