Giants vs. Vikings has led to one of the weirder logistical situations the NFL has seen in some time.

Thanks to the Metrodome's Teflon roof collapsing early Sunday evening, the game between NFC East co-leading New York and terribly disappointing Minnesota is being held in Detroit at Ford Field.

The Giants certainly catch a break by not having to play before a loud hometown crowd at the Metrotdome in Minnesota. Even though the Vikings have been a mess this season and are out of the playoff race, they still should  give the Giants a good game. But they won't have their usual advantage of noisy fans making it difficult to hear.

And because the game is being played opposite the weekly Monday night matchup—Ravens traveling to Reliant Stadium to play the Texans—there are questions about the television coverage in addition to the regular pregame queries.

This quick hit will keep you up to date on what's out there, both on and off the field.
