Washington Redskins: Could Urban Meyer Be The New Head Man in 2011?

Full disclosure here, this is more of a little joke than anything serious.

I just find it funny that a National Champion winning head coach from Florida is set to come to the NFL just one season after the Redskins fail to make the play-offs with a coach who's had past success elsewhere but have underachieved here.

Not to mention the failing of another big time free agent bust that was brought in by the owner.

Seriously, you could compare Coach Mike Shanahan to Marty Schottenheimer, and Albert Haynesworth to Jeff George.

So could we have a repeat of the Steve Spurier years?

And if Urban Meyer became the coach here, would he be like Spurier and bring his prized quarterback to D.C.?

That of course being Tim Tebow.

The answer to all of those question is no.

It has zero chance on happening but I just find the coincidence funny.
