R-R presents to you the latest rumors and realities of the football world.

This is a sad time for R-R. The transfer window is shut (but not broken). R-R is pretty much out of work for now. [tears drop]

The transfer deadline day was a big one. The most optimistic Manchester City fan wouldn't have imagined his club would sign Robinho.

However, any Manchester United fan could have imagined that Dimitar Berbatov would sign for the club. Didn't we all know it was going to happen sooner or later?

So Manchester City's new owners' sights now turn to Cristiano Ronaldo. City's bid, according to new owner Dr. Al-Fahim, might exceed 200 million.

Imagine a war between Chelsea and Man City to sign a player. If they really want a player, we might hear of bids near 300 million! If crazy-rich foreigners continue to buy English Premier League teams, soon some players' values could be worth a billion.

Arsene Wenger's surprise signing at transfer deadline day was nobody. (It's not a signing, but a surprise nevertheless).

Alan Curbishley has left his post as manager of West Ham and is the first manager to leave his club during this Premier League season.

While rumors surface that Kevin Keegan is set to "do a Curbishley" and resign because he is unhappy with Newcastle's transfer policy, Manchester City offer a blank cheque for Real Madrid's Ruud Van Nistelrooy.

Manchester City's signing of Darius Vassell was considered a brilliant one a couple of years ago. Ironic twist of fate, isn't it?

See you in January... [a wave for farewell]
