Fantasy Football Week 13: NFL Injury Updates, Start 'Em Sit 'Em Advice and More are here in one of the most important weeks for your fantasy football team.

We’re only a week away from Fantasy Football playoffs and this week will certainly be a make it or break it string of games for fantasy owners that are looking to squeeze right in at the last possible moment.

If you’re having quarterback problems like I usually am, or have issues with anything else, even starting defenses, just shoot the question below.

What’s ailing my team this week?

First of all, I just want to mention that I got screwed big time last week with Vincent Jackson leaving the game after taking part in only three offensive plays.

That said, Jackson should have no place in your fantasy benches unless you can completely afford that luxury.

He’s expected to miss about two more weeks and may cost you the playoffs if you keep him on board.

As far as my quarterback dilemma goes.  I’ve got to decide between Jon Kitna, going up against the struggling Colts or Brett Favre, who will be playing against the two-win Bills.

Could this be the week I bring back Brett Favre?  I just might.

He may have failed some all season, but wise owners could use him to carry them to the playoffs this week.

Stay tuned for an update sometime Sunday morning.

UPDATE:

Brett Favre or Jon Kitna?

I'm doing it.  I'm going crazy and putting my trust in Favre today.

The biggest thing that scared me off from going with Jon Kitna today is the strong Colts pass defense.  They are a Top 6 pass defense, allowing just a shade over 200 passing yards, on average.

Indianapolis has given up only 13 passing touchdowns all season long.  Although the 'Boys are a pass-first football thing, those numbers make you second guess starting Kitna.

And that I did.

Favre will be facing a two-win Buffalo football team that is extremely poor against defending the rush.  However, Adrian Peterson is still nursing an injury and the Vikes may be forced to throw the ball more often than planned.

Plus, the Bills have also allowed 20 passing touchdowns this season which means Favre could have a chance at surprising us with a solid game today.

It's up to you Brett.  It's time for redemption.

This list will be updated with Saturday evening/Sunday morning sit 'em, start 'em recommendations, as well as weather and injury news to make sure your fantasy team will be ready this weekend.
