Last night during Monday Night Raw, Shawn Michaels left the ring after beating up Lance Cade, holding his left elbow.  He was checked immediately by the medics. 

As it turns out, Michaels damaged his left tricep.  He said that no injury would keep him from his match at Unforgiven against Chris Jericho, but will it affect his performance?  More info as Unforgiven nears.
