I'm starting another random series called 'Six Reasons'. In this series, I will make a prediction and give as many as six reasons as to why it should happen.

The first edition kicks off with "Why Manchester United should trash (atleast defeat) Liverpool at Anfield"...

  • Manchester United's new signing : Dimitar Berbatov. Berbatov is top class striker, he's already proved his potential at Spurs but he will get better service at Manchester United (with the quality of Scholes and Co) which should make him even more deadly.
  • Tevez, Rooney and Berbatov...A deadly combination. They probably won't start together but I hope Sir Alex finds a way of letting them do so. Unfortunately, Ronaldo is missing but the Red Devils can except a true feast never the less.
  • Fernando Torres is injured and out for upto three weeks which will make the Reds very weak upfront. (Probably even Steven Gerrard will be out due to an injury)
  • Robbie Keane is low on confidence due to his lack of goals and with Ferdinand and Vidic standing strong, he shouldn't be getting one soon.
  • United's recent results against Liverpool are all in favour of the Red Devils, a 3-0 victory at Old Trafford with Ronaldo, Nani and Wes Brown scoring. The last two league matches played between the bitter rivals at Anfield were both won by Manchester United. Tevez scored in 1-0 victory last season while O'Shea did the same in the season before the last one.
  • Lastly, this might sound a little cheeky but I need United to boost my ranking on the Bleacher Report Fantasy Football League...

That's a wrap for this edition of 'Six Reasons'.

Some humor there but serious reasons there as well...

Keep an eye out for another edition, very soon...
