Just when we were getting his name out of our head after seeing or hearing his name in the news for months, something happens to get his name back in the headlines. No I'm not talking about Brett Favre (mercifully), it's Roger Clemens.

"The Rocket" or "The Cheater" or "The Liar," whichever moniker you want to call him did not do anything. No, it is his son, Koby Clemens, who is at fault.

Koby, the minor leaguer in the Houston Astros farm system, and two teammates (Mark Ori and Jimmy Goethals) were arrested and briefly jailed in Salem, Virginia.

Police were called to a restaurant where the three were causing a disturbance. Clemens and Ori were charged with disorderly conduct while Goethals was charged with assault and battery.

All three were held in Roanoke County-Salem jail before being released on bond. This isn't major when you look at it, it's not like Clemens and Co. were killing pit bulls but I'm pretty sure this won't bode well for Father Clemens one way or another.
