Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis is one of the main reasons that the Browns have been playing like a real NFL team this season.
No other player in the league is referred to as a "beast" or a "wrecking ball" more than the former Razorback. The Cleveland Browns definitely got the sweet end of the bargain when they traded quarterback Brady Quinn to the Denver Broncos for Peyton Hillis.
Hillis is the type of running back who plows over defenders and fights for every inch (which is pretty easy when you weigh 240 pounds), and he has been an extremely valuable asset to the Browns this season.
During yesterday's game against the Carolina Panthers, Hillis rushed for 131 yards and three touchdowns, and we have a video of this third above.
Asking Charles Godfrey to try and stop Hillis is really just ridiculous.
Peyton Hillis is arguably the best running back in the National Football League, and I bet Josh McDaniels is feeling pretty stupid right about more.
Hillis has revived the Cleveland Browns' offense, and Brady Quinn was supposed to challenge Kyle Orton.
And that's when Orton laughed and said, "You're going to have to do better than that McDaniels."
Even though the Cleveland Browns are third in the AFC North, they have had some quality wins and some very close calls with some great football teams.
Up next for the Browns?
The Miami Dolphins will host the Browns this weekend, and we will see if Cleveland can take another step toward a winning season.
