It's the penultimate week of the BCS standings tonight!
Good evening everybody, Rich Thomaselli, deputy college football editor for Bleacher Report, happy to join you yet again on a Sunday night for the latest live coverage and analysis of the BCS standings announcement on ESPN.
There is still much football to be played that could still rock the boat—Oregon at Oregon State, title games in the SEC and Big 12—but for now, the top two teams are likely to stay the same tonight.
Oregon and Auburn.
Ah, but there are still questions. Will Auburn's road win against Alabama have enough juice to push the Tigers from No. 2 to No. 1 in the BCS standings, or will Oregon's big win at home against Arizona keep the Ducks on top?
With Boise State and LSU losing, will Stanford move into the No. 4 spot—meaning the Cardinal HAS to be chosen for a BCS bowl?
Will Ohio State move past Wisconsin and win the Big Ten? It's a three-way tie right now between the Buckeyes, Wisky and Michigan State, but the team with the highest BCS ranking in next week's final poll will win the Big Ten and earn a Rose Bowl spot.
We'll get the answers to those questions momentarily, so stay tuned!
