Same song different verse for Winnipeg Blue Bomber fans as they fell once again, 19-6 in Saskatchewan.

Any sort of momentum the Bombers got from two weeks ago was once again extinguished with a very weak performance at Mosaic stadium.  While the Bombers were in the game for the majority of it, they rarely threatened the Riders defense and sadly showed the form they have been showing for much of this year, which is very weak and ineffective football unable to get the job done.

Kevin Glenn, who two weeks ago looked so impressive in his return as the starter, looked dismal once again throwing 2 interceptions, fumbling once, and turning the ball over once as the four turnovers were probably the difference in the ball game.

Looking back, the defence once again did their job, holding the Riders to only one TD, but the offense once again let Winnipeg down as it has all year.

Charles Roberts was dismal and ineffective once again, rushing 13 times for only 48 yards in the loss.  Kevin Glenn did actually outduel Michael Bishop, throwing for 269 yards passing to Bishop's 107 yards—the difference was that Bishop was able to minimize the turnovers and turn his drives into points.

So once again the Bombers must do what they're been seemingly doing all season: regroup and hope for a better adjustment and better result in the Banjo bowl rematch next week at CanadInns stadium.  Nothing else really to add to this game, as analysing the Bombers performance would sound too much like an annoying telephone recording.

Another game, another loss, another game next week, hopefully a better result.  Long story short—the Bombers are 2-7 and running out of time to salvage the season.
