Oregon hosts Arizona today in what figures to be (with all due respect to Oregon State) their biggest test remaining this season.
The 21st-ranked Wildcats feature a very strong passing game, led by quarterback Nick Foles, and a strong one-two punch at the running back position with Keola Antolin and Nic Grigsby. Though Grigsby didn't play last week, the Wildcats will need all the help they can get if they want to slow down the game.
Top-ranked Oregon boasts the nation's top scoring offense, and they will need quarterback Darron Thomas and running back LaMichael James to regain their explosive ways if they stand a chance against the Wildcats, who allow the 18th fewest points in the nation.
In order for the Ducks to keep their perfect season intact, they are going to need to put pressure on Foles from the outside pass rush in order to make up for their less-than-perfect coverage.
On offense, they will need to establish the run and put the Wildcats on their heels in what should be an extremely rough environment in Autzen Stadium.
No doubt, the Ducks are eager to prove that last week's game at California was a fluke and did not, in fact, provide the manual by which Oregon can be beat.
