Here’s something you probably don’t realize… while Texas definitely owns the football series as a whole (75-37-5), since 1975 Texas A&M has won 19 games to Texas' 17!

Much of that is due to a tear of wins A&M had between 1984 and 1999 where they finished 12-4 against the Longhorns.

This season was a tremendous success, the most successful since 1998 for sure! A year after going .500 and finishing 6-7, I think we all expected improvement. But even the biggest homer would have chocked up a loss to either Oklahoma or Texas. No one predicted they would beat both.
