Dana White already has big plans in mind for UFC 123 victors B.J. Penn and George Sotiropoulos.

Addressing the media at the postfight press conference, White confirmed that Penn will once again fight at the welterweight limit as he squares off against perennial contender Jon Fitch.

Fitch, who was tentatively scheduled to face Jake Ellenberger at UFC 126, will now take on the pride of Hilo, Hawaii.

Penn was more than impressive in his return trip to the 170-pound limit as he disposed of Matt Hughes tonight in just 21 seconds.

Furthermore, rising lightweight star Sotiropoulos will face Dennis Siver, who is coming off back-to-back victories over Spencer Fisher and Andre Winner.

Sotiropoulos is now 7–0 in the UFC after defeating Joe Lauzon via second round submission tonight.

Both fights are expected to take place on the main card of the UFC 127 event that is being targeted for February 27, 2011 at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.
