Tim Tebow threw his first career NFL touchdown today, a three-yard pass to Spencer Larsen which gave the Denver Broncos a 42-10 lead over the Kansas City Chiefs with 8:36 remaining in the third quarter.

Interestingly enough, that was also Tebow's first career NFL pass attempt.

This is his second touchdown today, as he scored on a one-yard scramble earlier, and he now has four total touchdowns on the season.

Tebow scored his first official NFL touchdown on a five-yard scramble against the New York Jets in Week 6.

After drafting him with the No. 25 overall pick of this year's draft, many projected head coach Josh McDaniels to utilize Tebow in specialized packages in which his unique skill set would be given an opportunity to flourish.

Today, he did exactly that and it paid off with big dividends.

This play is certainly a big step in the right direction in regards to proving his doubters wrong.
