College football scores has another final for you. No. 17 Missouri has beaten No. 24 Kansas State by a final score of 38-28 in Columbia today.
This was a close game until pretty much the end of the half, when a big Kansas State fumble inside the red zone just before the half turned the tide for good.
The Tigers came out big in the second half, scoring 17 straight points before Kansas State mounted a mini-rally at the end of the fourth quarter.
Blaine Gabbert had a pretty solid bounce-back game following his poor play in Missouri's two-game losing streak. He completed 17 of 25 passes for 160 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. He also had a season-high 89 yards o the ground, scoring on a 32-yard touchdown run in the first half.
The Wildcats did the bulk of their work on the ground, piling up 235 yards behind Daniel Thomas and Collin Klein. Thomas had 66 yards and two touchdowns, and Klein had 141 yards.
But Kansas State was sloppy. They allowed Missouri to capitalize on three fumble recoveries and four total turnovers.
Missouri finished up their home schedule with a 6-0 mark.
