Holy smokes!

 

It's a good thing that the video feed kicked in when it did because welterweights Ludwig and Oscipczak just delivered one hell of an entertaining first five minutes. Ultimately, the UFC might wish this was the co-main event.

 

The American began the round decimating the much taller Brit, but about half-way through, Osipczak caught Ludwig with a nice left hook that dropped the Yank and proceeded to dominate that latter stages of the round. A big elbow opened up a nasty gash on Bang Ludwig and he also registered a nice takedown after Duane got back to his feet.

 

Call it 10-9 for Slick Nick.
