Pacquiao and De La Hoya: Fight of the Century?

Forget about all the critics and their hopes of trying to stop this fight from taking place. The deal is done. From the looks of it, Goldenboy and Top Rank will be announcing the mega fight as early as tomorrow.

I'm tired of hearing that De La Hoya is too big, Pacman is too small, this fight is a sham, blah blah blah. Who cares? The fact of the matter is that both fighters have something to prove.

De La Hoya is fighting his last fight as a pro (yeah right, 90% of boxers come back to the ring) and will want to exact revenge on the Mexican assasin (great selling point by the way). Pacquiao is the David looking to slay Goliath and will most certainly become a legend and be considered as one of the top fighters of all time.

There's been way too many articles on the net going into depth on this situation. I'll just shut up now and wait until Dec. 6th and let Pacquiao and De La Hoya do the talking.
