NFL Fantasy Football Week 9 Update: Fred Jackson, RB, Buffalo Bills

In his last two games since the Buffalo bye week and after the Marshawn Lynch trade, Jackson has received the lion's share of the workload from the backfield.

He had 23 carries for 73 rushing yards against the Ravens run defense and 64 rushing yards on 20 carries against the Chiefs.

This week, he's matched up against the Chicago Bears.  The Bears are allowing less than 100 yards/game on average this season.

So Jackson is not a solid choice for you this week.  In fact, I would recommend that you sit him and find other options for your backfield needs.

May I suggest Darren Sproles or LeGarrette Blount if they're still available
