On last night's episode of The Ultimate Fighter, we were treated to a mix of surprises mainly caused by Team Koscheck.
From outside of the cage, we have a scuffle involving a male nurse. From inside, there was a battle between two members of Team Kos, which had an unexpected result.
In addition, we get to see what the quarterfinal matchups will be for the coming weeks.
It all started with last week's episode where Koscheck decided that he would pick on GSP's team medic, Brad Tate, by calling him a male nurse.
This week, it goes on with what seemed like some friendly jarring. However, it got worse as the episode went on.
At the weighs for Aaron Wilkinson vs. Marc Stevens, Koscheck and Tate got into it again verbally until Koscheck got offended and then escalated it to a shoving match.
Hey Kossie... did you just get trumped by a "Male Nurse?"
These two Team GSP members do not like each other, and as it turns out, they will be meeting up in the a quarterfinal matchup.
My money is on MJ for this one.
UK fighter Aaron Wilkinson suffered a loss in his family just before his big matchup. His mother had called to let him know that his grandmother had passed.
He then used it as his motivation to defeat Marc Stevens.
For two fights in a row, this poor guy got Guillotined. Dude, it's called submissions defense... learn it.
This week, the quarterfinal matchups were announced, and we have two weeks worth of double-header episodes to look forward to. Here they are:
- Jonathan Brookins vs. Sako Chivitchian
- Cody McKenzie vs. Nam Phan
- Kyle Watson vs. Aaron Wilkinson
- Michael Johnson vs. Alex Caceres
