A reporter from the San Jose Mercury News asked Giants manager Bruce Bochy on Monday afternoon who his pick would be for World Series MVP.

“Don’t know,” he said. “That’s what is special and what’s gotten us to this point. Nobody thinks about it or cares about it.”

Well, to be fair, Bochy may not think about it, but we fans do.

So who's your pick so far?

Veteran shortstop Edgar Renteria, whose .429 average, six hits and five runs in the World Series so far lead the team through the first four games?

Matt Cain, whose four-hit shutout in Game 2 gave San Francisco a mini-sweep at home?

Aubrey Huff (.357), whose three-run bomb was the difference in Game 4?

Or Madison Bumgarner, whose three-hit shutout in Game 4 put the Giants within a game of their first World Series title since 1954?
