Bryant has been slow to regain his normal MVP-caliber form after preseason surgery on his right knee.
The Los Angeles Daily News is reporting that Lakers coach Phil Jackson plans to play his superstar guard as much as 24-minutes in tonight's exhibition game.
The Denver Nuggets will play the Los Angeles Lakers at the Staples Center, Saturday night.
