According to Jenn Sterger's attorney Gloria Allred, Sterger is under no obligation to speak to the NFL about the scandalous pictures and voice mail allegedly sent to her by Brett Favre.

Ms. Allred, who has represented several high profile women lately, including two of Tiger Woods' mistresses, was quoted in today's New York Daily News:

"Parties often agree to confidential settlements rather than have one party pursue litigation,".

"She has no legal duty to speak to the NFL," Allred said. "The only way you can compel somebody to answer questions is with a subpoena."

And the NFL can't force her to talk and can't issue subpoenas.

Favre might actually find his way out of this.
