Week 5 Game Picks
Jaguars @ Bills - The Bills are bad, but luckily the Jaguars are not doing so hot either right now. Bills manage to stop MJD better than the Colts do and pull out a close win in the 4th quarter. 23-20 Bills
Buccaneers @ Bengals - The Bengals finally start to show the world their potential on Sunday as Carson Palmer puts up big numbers and Cedric Benson gets the running game going at home against a team that has had some defensive let downs in the past. 34-17 Bengals
Falcons @ Browns - The falcons are physical enough to take a hit or 20 from Peyton Hillis. I don't think the Browns can contain Tony Gonzalez and Roddy White. Falcons get an early lead and don't look back. 37-21 Falcons
Rams @ Lions - This could be one of the best early games this week. Seriously. Both teams have high power offenses and limited defensive ability. Expect a shootout, that the Lions win, thanks to some help from Jahvid Best and Calvin Johnson. 31-28 Lions
Chiefs @ Colts - The Colts are hungry for a win, and they are almost unstoppable at home. I would not want to be the Chiefs today. Manning is on fire, and Garcon returns for the Colts 40 point victory. 47-7 Colts
Packers @ Redskins - The Redskins have not looked great the past couple of weeks, and it will be hard for them to beat the Aaron Rodgers passing attack, even at home. Clay Matthews should pressure McNabb. 31-17 Packers
Bears @ Panthers - The Panthers are in a great situation here. No Jay Cutler, injured Bears offensive line, and a home game. Expect Jimmy Clausen to be his usual stink, but nether the less.... 17-14 Panthers
Broncos @ Ravens - The Ravens will get the Broncos, who have struggled to run the ball, at home Sunday. Anquan Boldin has been hot, but so has Brandon Lloyd. That's right, Brandon Llyod. 27-17 Ravens
Giants @ Texans - The giants played well last week, but I can't see them going into Houston and stopping Matt Schaub and Arian Foster. The Giants should have their way with the Texans' secondary though. 28-14 Texans
Saints @ Cardinals - Max Hall has the task of facing the daunting Saints pass rush in his first career start. The saints will try to air it out without Pierre Thomas and Reggie Bush in the lineup. 31-21 Saints
Chargers @ Raiders - The Chargers are back on track after some disappointing games this season. The Raiders will have a hard time containing Ryan Matthews and Mike Tolbert, and add an Antonio Gates to that... 27-13 Chargers
Titans @ Cowboys - I like thev way the Titans are playing right now, but I don't think the Cowboys will put up a lame show at home. Expect more Felix Jones on Sunday, as the cowboys try to establish a rushing game. 27-17 Cowboys
Eagles @ 49ers - Upset alert! The Michael Vick-less Eagles will also be missing Asante Samuel when the go across the country to face the 49ers, who play well at home. Vernon Davis and Michael Crabtree can create some plays. 24-14 49ers
Vikings @ Jets - What could turn out to be the most exciting game of the year......won't be. I expect Sanchez and Favre to be rattled early, and the game will be won in the trenches. The Revis-Moss showdown will have to wait until February, just kidding. 27-21 Jets
