Slowly but surely Alabama was creeping back into this game. A field goal here and there, a safety in between, and it was suddenly 21-14.

But South Carolina just put together a fabulous, confidence-boosting drive -- 15 plays, 82 yards, finished off by Marcus Lattimore's 1 yard TD run, and now it's 28-14 Gamecocks with 35 seconds to play in the third quarter.
