Lamar Odom has had a busy off season playing an important role as a big man for the U.S.A team. Lamar played a vital role because the U.S.A was lacking size. With Bynum out for the first month of the season, Lamar is going to have is chance to shine. Lamar was the best Laker by far in the first pre season game against the Timberwolves, with 17 points.

Lamar Odom also had a solid game against Barcelona, scoring 12 points and snatching eighteen boards. Lamar's length allowed him to use his swooping left hand hook shot throughout passages of the game. Lamar can do every thing he can facilitate, score and he is a monster on the boards. Lamar averaged 9.8 boards last year and only played 31 minutes per game.

Lamar is at the tail end of his career however he is still deadly, the Lakers are unstoppable when he is playing well. Watch for Lamar.
