Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Joins Rick Hendrick, Wins One Race—What Now?

Rick Hendrick had great hopes for his team, and his team has in fact won a race.

But now what does he do?  Gets top 10s, argues with his cousin/crew chief.  Where does that get him?  No wins, but just drifting back in the pack.

I think this all relates to family, about letting people down and being loyal. This should have nothing to do with it.  You're the driver, you've been in the series for eight years.  You know how the car works.  You know how a team works.  You own one.

Why can't he get the wins Kyle Busch gets?  Simple: Tony Eury, Jr.
