So, what do you do for an encore of eight gold medals, how about doing it again in four years.

Michael Phelps is only 23 years old and is already on top of the swimming and Olympic world.

He has surpassed Mark Spitz for number of gold's in a single olympic games, he has broken more world record than I can count, and he's not done yet.

For this guy, the sky is the limit, who will question him entering 10 or 12 races in the London games in 2012. I certainly won't and it wouldn't surprise me to see him win that many.

Last night, after he won his eight gold medal of the Beijing Olympics and 14th overall (both records) the commentators for NBC said he might be done because he doesn't want to marr perfection

I say thats wrong. He could dominate the olympic's for years to come, that is if any one even wants to challenge him any more.

As said best by my favorite sports show, Sportscenter, "Two questions you have to ask yourself when you watch Michael Phelps swim, 'Is this guy human?' and 'Where is everybody else?'

Michael Phelps has yet to enter one of the sprint races at an Olympic games so watch out sprinters when 2012 rolls around and you are facing the best swimmer in the world.
