Acie Law comes to Memphis after stints with Atlanta,Golden State, Charlotte, and Chicago. In his 4th NBA season after coming to the NBA from Texas A&M.

Mike Conley will serve as the "starter" for the Grizzlies but Acie Law could see as many or more minutes than Conley this season. Law is a very effective 3 pt shooter and is looking for a new refreshing start after playing for 3 teams last season.

Mike Conley's play has been less than average the past 3 seasons, and could be a big question this year. Law brings toughness, and could push Conley for minutes.

Chris Wallace on Acie Law. “Acie is a former lottery pick whose offensive skills, ability to drive the basketball, set up his teammates, work hard on the defensive end and excellent work ethic will all help to fortify our backcourt,” This being said you should see him a lot this year along side with Grevis Vasquez at the Point Guard position.

Law was a prolific scorer at Texas A&M and won the Bob Cousy award his senior season given to the best college point guard. He was 1st team All-American honors his senior season.
