Burress Will Watch Giants Play For First Time

Steve Serby of the New York Post is reporting that former New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress will watch the Giants play for the first time on television. Giants owner Steve Tisch visited Burress yesterday.
Tisch called his visit "uplifting" and he said he'd "love Plaxico to know that part of why we want to win tonight’s game is for him." Burress remains in contact with Osi Umenyiora, Brandon Jacobs, and Ahmad Bradshaw.
“He’s just so excited to watch the game tomorrow,” Tisch said. “He said the way it works, there’s a committee of two or three people who decide what the greater population gets to watch on TV, and ironically and fortuitously, one of the things they picked was the Giants-Bears game.”
