Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis continues to prove he can be a workhorse-back in the NFL.

Hillis bull-dozed his way for 102 yards and a touchdown as Cleveland won it's first game of the season defeating the Cincinnati Bengals, 23-20.

The Browns (1-3) had lost their first three games by a total of 12 points. Cleveland has been closer to the way head coach Eric Mangini would like to see. Running the ball effectively and playing solid defense has always been Mangini's style.

For their part, the Bengals offense finally lived up to all the hype as quarterback Carson Palmer threw for 371 yards and two touchdowns. Receiver Terrell Owens had a monster day with a 10 catch, 222 yard performance. Owens passed ex-St. Louis Rams receiver Isaac Bruce to move into second place on the NFL's career yardage list.

For all of the Bengals offensive production, the Browns continued to hold them off time and time again in order to gain their first victory of the season.

Key Note for Browns Fans

Wide receiver and kick return specialist, Joshual Cribbs, had 107 return yards, putting him 12th on the career list with 8,443 yards in his young career.
