If the Browns get the 2nd overall pick. Which I doubt it will happen. But a lot of people have given up hope after week three and believe that this will be the case. Lets say this does happen. Expect some firings. The Browns need a pass rushing LB, a pass rushing DE, No. 1 WR, RG, and RT. First thing to do is to trade the 2nd overall pick and a later 1st round pick as well as another 2nd round pick.

Round 1- Robert Quinn, DE/OLB North Carolina or Cameron Heyward, DE Ohio State
Round 2- Mark Herzlich, OLB Boston College or Greg Jones, OLB Michigan State
Round 2- Deunta Williams, FS North Carolina or Rahim Moore, FS UCLA
Round 3- Greg Little, WR North Carolina or Titus Young, WR Boise State
Round 4- Ryan Winterswyk, DE Boise State or Sam Acho DE Texas
Round 5- Thomas Claiborne, OG Boston College or Justin Boren, OG Ohio State
Round 6- Kealoha Pilares, WR Hawaii or Owen Spencer, WR North Carolina State
Round 7- Jah Reid, OT Central Florida or D.J. Scott OT East Carolina.

With these picks they strengthen the Pass Rush, improved the right side of the OL, added talent and depth at DE, added two talented receivers that can also help on special teams.
