Week Four Fantasy Football's Positional Rankings
Cleveland Browns RB Peyton Hillis had arguably the most surprising game of the week. The Cleveland Browns had played the Baltimore Ravens 22 previous times and never had a 100-yard rusher against the vaunted Ravens defense.
Hillis exploded for 144-yards rushing and one rushing touchdown. Will Peyton Hillis repeat this week against another tough defense in the Cincinnati Bengals?
Check out our top 20 QBs, top 30 RBs, top 30 WRs and top 15 TEs for Week Four of the Fantasy Football season for flex spot decision making.

* Even with RB Michael Bush healthy, McFadden received 25 carries to Bush’s three carries and is third in the NFL in rushing. He has to be in your lineup every week until further notice.
** Steven Jackson suffered a groin injury and his playing status for this week is not certain.
*** LaDainian Tomlinson starting Week Three was enough for me to abandon the Shonn Greene bandwagon. Going forward, Tomlinson should be the back of choice with Greene a flex play at best.
**** Injured his ankle in Week Two and did not play in Week Three. He will probably be a go this week at home against Arizona, but Mike Tolbert is a good insurance policy for Mathews’ owners this week
***** Chris Wells played in Week Three and had 14 carries to Hightower’s 11. Wells is the preferred running back in the Arizona rotation going forward.
****** Knowshon Moreno did not play in Week Three with an injured hamstring and is in doubt for Week Four.
