Rory McIlroy (21) of Northern Ireland wants to face Tiger Woods in this year's Ryder Cup.

Woods who failed to qualify for the Ryder Cup was one of U.S. Captain Corey Pavin's wild card picks and will participate in the Ryder Cup at Celtic Manor with the rest of his U.S. Teammates.

McIlroy believes that there are better American players at this point than Tiger and feels that anyone on the European team would like their chances against him.

Unless Tiger can improve from his recent struggles, the U.S. team may regret their decision to add him to the team.

*McIlroy is the youngest player on either team at the 2010 Ryder Cup.

**McIlroy was part of the winning European Junior Ryder Cup team.
