"The Cash Cow Of World Wrestling Entertainment" has proven once again that he is truly the face of the company or Poster boy (whatever you call it). He is truly the mixture of "The Great One" The Rock and "The Immortal" Hulk Hogan. The WWE has taken the charisma of The Rock and the "Never Quit" ability of Hogan and mixed it all up and made "Mr. Promote" John Cena.
We saw this Monday that Monday Night Raw hit his lowest rating in history with a whooping 2.8 and the highest rating in the last 5 years on Raw has been when John Cena was in the title picture. You might say that he is always in the title picture but there is a reason for that, and that is that he does everything possible for the WWE that he can and that he BRINGS RATINGS.
I really can't believe I'm saying this even though I am like a humongous fan (and so is the IWC) of "The Viper" Randy Orton and the IWC and I dislike John Cena (and some people even wish him death) we say anything we can to insult and demean him. To prove my point let me tell you all something, the entire WWE Management is thinking if they made the right choice to put Orton as Champion and already know that there is a huge chance that Raw might have even lower ratings this coming Monday because it is taped and everyone has read the spoilers and are probably going to DVR it.
Randy Orton in my mind is the best thing going for WWE but until they are PG the guidelines will hold him back and he will always be Stone Cold Lite and will never be who he wants to be, Randy Orton.
On the other hand there is nothing holding back John Cena because the PG Era was built for him. For the near future John Cena has no replacement reason being he is well known outside of the WWE as well.
Just to prove that John Cena is GOLD for WWE tune in on Friday Night Smackdown when it makes its official debut on Syfy while John Cena accompanies the brand move. Now you might state that other superstars might be there but the major change in ratings will be due to Cena's appearance.
Everyone in Power is Hated for one reason or another. Biggest example is Triple H. But I will leave Triple H for another article. So as long as John Cena is Face of the company he will have Haters. But admit it or not he carry's his haters along with him as much as he carry's his followers. For the people who hate him don't forget there is a very think line between Love and Hate.
I don't want to say this but the WWE mostly needs Cena because:
Love him or Hate Him, He makes us tune into Monday Night Raw every night.
