If I had to put Notre Dame in my one-liners, I would put them in the Big Ten. So here goes: The Fighting Irish are set to play Navy in Dublin in 2012.

Some pretty lofty goals were set by one Illinois player coming back from an injury.

Indiana has opened the year 2-0 for the seventh straight time. Who knew?

Now down to one healthy running back, Iowa lost Jewel Hampton to a torn ACL in last Saturday’s loss to Arizona.

Minnesota’s Tim Brewster has this to say on Michigan’s Denard Robinson: “I've been really struck by how well he's throwing the football, how accurately he's throwing the football.”

Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio was released from a hospital yesterday afternoon around 3:00 PM after suffering a heart attack following the Spartans’ victory over Notre Dame last Saturday.

The biggest hit during last weekend’s Minnesota-USC game was handed out by an offensive player—a Golden Gopher.

It does not matter that Dan LeFevour is no longer a Chippewa—Northwestern is not looking past Central Michigan.

The Ohio Bobcat mascot that tackled Ohio State’s Brutus last Saturday tells of his intentions HERE. The kid does not even go to Ohio anymore.

Should Penn State be worried about Temple this week?

After suffering a bruised knee and playing limitedly in the second half of Purdue’s game last weekend against Ball State, quarterback Robert Marve is expected to start this weekend against Toledo.

Wisconsin has lost a starting linebacker to a season-ending injury that occurred during the Badgers’ win over Arizona State last Saturday.
