Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced that Dion Sims is one of ten people facing felony charges for his alleged involvement in a crime ring that stole more than $158,000 in laptop computers for the Detroit Public School district.

Mark Hollis stated that they have known about the issue since February and that is why Sims hasn't played this year and has been suspended from all football related activities as of today.
