Early trouble signing Xavier Henry, and Grevis Vasquez is over. Michael Heisley has agreed to remove the language from the contracts, according to the Memphis Commercial Appeal.

Henry and Vasquez have reportedly agreed to terms with the Grizzlies and the deal is final.  Heisley did make statements on the two new Grizzlies. "As far as I'm concerned, I'm happy the issue has been resolved," Heisley said. "There's no question I'm doing what I should have probably done earlier."

The Grizzlies welcome Xavier Henry and Grevis Vasquez, as well as Tony Allen and Acie Law. 

Terms of the contract have not been released.
