This Sunday at 4:15 PM, the New England Patriots travel to the New Meadowlands to take on division rival the New York Jets. The Patriots are coming off a 38-24 win over the Cincinnati Bengals while the Jets are coming off a heartbreaking 10-9 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Here are my 5 keys to the game Sunday for the Jets:

1) Get pressure and knock Brady around early and often: We all saw how Brady got rattled in last year’s 16-9 Jet victory in week 2 when the Jets put pressure on him, despite not getting a sack in the game. Brady’s passes were hurried and he never seemed to really look comfortable. If Brady gets comfortable in the pocket, the Jets could be in for a long day.

2) Stopping Wes Welker: Randy Moss is going to be covered by Darrelle Revis, so one side of the field theoretically should be shut down. But who is going to stop Brady’s underneath threat in Welker? Welker did not play in the week 2 matchup last year, but when the Jets went to Foxboro in week 11, he torched the Jets for 15 catches and 192 yards. That can’t happen if the Jets are to be successful. And let’s not forget, Welker had 8 catches for 64 yards and 2 TD’s in week 1. He is back, and in a big way!
