Alex Rodriguez Is the Consummate Choke Artist
Has anyone else noticed that it seems like whenever the Yankees need him, Alex Rodriguez chokes?
I know people want to blame it on his divorce with his wife and going to psychiatrists, but honestly, look at the facts.
He hasn't been the same since he signed with the Yankees.
Sure, he hit his 500th career home run, but that's about it.
The Yankees haven't won a world series since 1998, and they have had their chances.
When there are two outs and the Yankees need a hit to win, Alex always seems to find a way to ground out and leave a runner in scoring position.
In my opinion, even if a player is going through a tough time in his life, he should act like a professional and not let it affect his game.
