Ines Sainz has become a household name in recent days after allegedly being mistreated by the New York Jets last week.
The reporter for Mexico's TV Azteca claims she was subjected to heckling and catcalls when she visited the Jets' practice facility.
Looking at her body of work, it's not hard to see why.
Here's a look at how Ms. Sainz compares to America's favorite sideline diva, Erin Andrews.
No. 10: Ines Sainz's Career Achievements
Ines is relatively new to the world of sports media, and is well behind her more famous counterpart. Of course, that is subject to change depending on just how long her five minutes of fame lasts.
She hosts a show called Dxtips for TV Azteca in Mexico. She has also done a considerable amount of freelance work, including sideline-reporting duties.
No. 10: Erin Andrews' Career Achievements
Despite her reputation for bringing little actual sports knowledge to the table, Erin worked for the Sunshine Network and Turner Sports prior to joining ESPN.
The Florida native has covered MLB, the NHL and the NBA in addition to her extensive college football work.
No.9: Ines Sainz's Dating History
Not much is known about Ines Sainz, especially when it comes to her taste in men. If you believe Clinton Portis, she probably likes her some professional athletes.
The jury is still out on this one.
No.9: Erin Andrews' Dating History
Erin Andrews has been linked to a number of men during her days in the spotlight with ESPN, if you believe the rumors.
Her most public relationship came after appearing on ABC's Dancing With the Stars, when she allegedly was romantically linked to her partner Maskim Chmerkovskiy.
No. 8: Ines Sainz's Knowledge of Sports
This question has nothing to do with hotness, but in an effort to either refute or validate the "bimbo" label, it must be addressed.
There is no evidence that Ines possesses a great deal of knowledge when it comes to sports, especially football.
No. 8: Erin Andrews's Knowledge Of Sports
Erin Andrews has covered all sorts of different events in various sports, so she probably picked up a bit of knowledge along the way.
As sideline reporters go, it could really be much worse.
No. 7: Ines Sainz's Pop Culture Icon Status
Ines Sainz burst onto the global scene after being named one of the five sexiest sports reporters in the world by FHM in February.
Somehow, it seems like her fame is just beginning.
No. 7: Erin Andrews' Pop Culture Icon Status
Whether it's appearing on Dancing With the Stars or late-night talk shows, Erin Andrews isn't bashful about taking her face public.
As long as she is the one taking it public...
No. 6: Ines Sainz's Power of Scandal
After word of her mistreatment went public, Sainz seemed to backpedal from the comments faster than Darrelle Revis.
She now claims the whole incident was blown out of proportion, but stands by her claims. It will be interesting to see what happens next.
No. 6: Erin Andrews' Power of Scandal
Erin Andrews' frightening incident with a stalker who followed her to motel rooms around the country led to an appearance on Oprah and an outpouring of public sympathy.
The scandal kept her in the headlines, but let's face it:
She was already there.
Big advantage to Ines on this one...
No. 5: Ines Sainz's Respect in the Locker Room
Ines was in New York to interview Jets' quarterback Mark Sanchez, who has about as much respect in football circles right now as she apparently has in the Jets' locker room.
Respect will come in time, but until she proves she is dedicated to her craft and not just another pretty face, Ines will be fighting an uphill battle to say the least.
No. 5: Erin Andrews' Respect in the Locker Room
Aside from this clip, Erin Andrews generally seems to have the respect of players, coaches, and even her inherently sexist colleagues at ESPN.
Big advantage to lovely Erin here...
No. 4: Ines Sainz's Dancing Ability
Ines has to be able to dance, right? Sure, she hasn't been on Dancing With the Stars yet, but that could be right around the corner.
Hopefully she's better than crazy mommy Kate Gosselin.
No. 4: Erin Andrews' Dancing Ability
Erin Andrews was a member of the Florida Dazziers during her collegiate days at Florida. Her dance team skills prepared her well for ABC's Dancing With the Stars.
That girl can get down.
No. 3: Ines Sainz's Modeling Ability
Ines Sainz's body of work gives her a big advantage here, and she certainly has the body to make a big dent in the hotness competition in this category.
No. 3: Erin Andrews' Modeling Ability
Erin really needs to put herself out there, this time by her own accord. Playboy is calling, or at least Maxim.
Make it happen.
No. 2: Ines Sainz's Potential For Greatness
Ines has a masters degree in law, so she is no dummy. If she hopes to continue her sports journalism career, the best thing she can do is put the incident behind her.
Although she maintains that she didn't file a formal complaint, the perception that she is merely trying to stir up something to get attention.
That isn't helping her career right now.
No. 2: Erin Andrews' Potential for Greatness
Erin Andrews will still be on the sidelines this season, but it seems a studio gig might not be far off. At ESPN, she might not actually be the worst option for hosting.
Has anyone seen Michael Smith try to lead the discussion on NFL Live? Yikes.
No. 1: Ines Sainz's Sheer Sex Appeal
Let's get down to business.
It's really tough to argue with Ines's body of work when it comes to her actual body. She might have gotten a little help up top, but the finished product is almost perfect.
Erin has her hands full here...
No. 1: Erin Andrews' Sheer Sex Appeal
Erin has Ines in the face, but that might be about the only place she has a big advantage.
Still, since we know there might be at least a little substance underneath, her physical disadvantages don't completely rule her out against Ines...
And the Winner Is:
Drum roll please...
Ines is just so so so hot, but Erin blends a nice mix of hotness and substance as a sports reporter.
Let's face it: Sports fans don't really count on sideline reporters to contribute much to their viewing experience.
Erin's career is likely to keep taking off, while Ines will probably land on her feet with a better job somewhere in the future.
Who knows? Maybe they can collaborate on a project together someday.
