Buffalo Bills Impress in First Game

The Buffalo Bills impressed me in their first game last night against the Washington Redskins, starting with the fumble recovery by Ryan Lindell. Trent Edwards followed this up with a nice pass to Roscoe Parish. The drive ended with a 26 yard field goal by Lindell.

The Redskins followed up with two straight touchdowns of their own. In came JP Losman with a great touchdown pass to James Hardy. The Bills went for two and got it making the score 11-14. The Redskins kicked a field goal next and the Bills answered with a field goal of their own. With the clock winding down, the Bills fought their way up the field only to miss the game tying field goal and to lose the game 17-14

The only thing that didn't impress me with the Bills' game was Trent Edwards. He went one for five passing so he needs some work. JP Losman threw the Bills only touchdown pass which tells me that the Bills either need to learn to pass or say hello to a long running game.
