Not Over Yet: NHL Fines Devils, Takes Away Draft Picks For Cap Circumvention

TSN is reporting that the NHL is punishing the Devils for cap circumvention in their original attempt to sign Ilya Kovalchuck.

The league fined the Devils $3 million and the Devils will lose their third-round pick in the 2011 draft and a first-found choice in any one of the upcoming four drafts.
