Sergio Garcia is one of the great wilters of our time. He's a guy with unlimited potential (probably the second most talented player in the world) who almost always seems to be around the leaderboard on Sunday of the majors...to choke.
So how has this same player established himself as the greatest Ryder Cup player of all time? Dont' buy it? Check out the stats. After today's matches, his record is something like 12-1-3 all time....which is simply ridiculous.
What's mind boggling is that a lot of the players feel that the pressure they face in the Ryder Cup trumps that of any major.
Anyhow, I just felt the need to give this guy his due, as perhaps his career hasn't gotten off to such a bad start after all.
