Alright so we all know that the Yankees won the world series last year and that they're pretty much in the postseason this year. But they have some big decisions to make on who they will keep and drop for the playoffs.

Let's start off with the pitching rotation. First question are they going to go with a three man rotation like last postseason or a four man? Now if I were Gerardi I would definately have C.C. Sabathia first and then Andy Pettittie second. Now I would like to have a three man rotation but we can't do that to Pettittie because he missed half of July and all of August so that would be very hard on his arm. So that means we need two more guy in there while there's four to choose from. You got Burnett, Hughes, Vasquez, and Mosely.

I'm sorry but i just can't go with Burnett because he's off and on (mostly off). Yeah he pitched a great game in the world series but he had two and the other one stunk. So I have to go with Hughes as three and Mosely at number four. I put Burnett in the bullpen with Vasquez just because he has pitched great out of the pen. The rest is the same.

Now Infield of course is A-Rod, Jeter, Cano, and Teixeira from third to first. The outfield Gardner, Granderson, and Swisher Left to Right and DH would be Marcus Thames. So that leaves us with the backups to fill. Now I'd have to take Cervelli and Pena. Then I'd probably take Kearns and Berkman, and if i could carry one more it would have to be Edison Valdez.

Alright So lets see what changes the Yankees do make.
