What Are The Jets To Do With Brett Favre?

So for those of you who are living in a hole and don't realize what the Jets and Packers deal consist of: Brett Favre will be going to the Jets.

But here's the deal: If the Jets play him 80% or more of the plays they owe the Packers a first round draft pick, and if the Jets trade him to the Minnesota Vikings then the Packers would get 4 first round draft picks. If Favre plays 70% of the plays then the jets lose a 4th round pick.

If the Jets make it to the playoffs it's even more confusing, but be real they are not making it to the playoffs because they are not going to beat the New England Patriots.

So what are the Jets to do? If they want to have a shot they need to play Favre but if they want their draft picks then they can't play him very often.  What would u do?

Personally I think that they should play Favre so much that he realizes what his age is.  I mean he has a couple good years left but those years mean he can't get sacked very often, and that's what happened to Pennington.  He got sacked constantly and couldn't stay healthy.  So what to do; play him so much he gets hurt or not play him enough so you still don't have a chance?

It's a screwy deal and who knows maybe the Jets will take the easy way out so they will have their draft picks, or maybe they will give it all they got to make it to the playoffs.  Maybe they will, but there are plenty of teams out there who will still beat them, maybe not by as big of a margin though.

Who knows?  It's a hard thing to decide, and only time will tell.
