left last , winning silverware , With Jermaine Defoe and Peter Crouch up front they surely have a decent chance .

7. Manchester City.

I'm tipping old United legend Mark Hughes to do well in his first season at Eastlands , he has to , otherwise he could end up following Sven , missing out on Ronaldinho was no big surprise , City still are'nt ready for a mega star of his calibre just yet , but if they Get Roque Santa Cruz , expect a big fight from the blues .

8. Aston Villa.

If Gareth Barry leaves Aston Villa then i can see no where for them to go but down the table come may , Martin O'neill has done wonders but if he lets Barry go , I feel he will be undoing all that hard work in one transfer , his squad is built around Barry .

9. Everton.

Same predicament as Villa really , they dont have the funds available to mount a decent assault , especially if they sell Andrew Johnstone . But Moyes has been known to work wonders with next to nothing .

10. Blackburn Rovers.

After Hughes' departure from Ewood Park , where he had built a steady team ,I see them dropping a couple of places , Paul Ince is unproven in the EPL , and with the sale of prized asset David Bentley , I see them going nowhere fast until at least 2010.

11. Newcastle United.

Sorry Newcastle Fans , I was just Joking , dont expect higher than 11th though , With no real " big " signings as of yet , KK cant work wonders from nothing . Plus with Bad Boy Joey Barton still in the team will this cause tension between players ? Personally i dont think he should be in football after his behaviour , but thats KK's choice .

12. West Brom.

I think the Brom will do a good job , Tony Mowbray seems a man with his head screwed on , getting rid of Kevin Phillips could be a mistake but im backing my old school friend Ishmael Miller to do a great job back in the Top flight . 12th will be a stellar achievment .

13. Sunderland .

Keano's done some decent business , Teemu Tainio , Pascal Chimbonda and El Hadje Diouf are a decent start to the season for a club like Sunderland , They worked hard to stay up last year , I dont think they will need to worry this season about a relegation dogfight. .

14. Middlesboro.

Last seasons dirtiest team on statistics , same as they was two years ago . Gareth Southgate has done ok since taking over at the riverside , but again no major signings and Stewart Downing finally realising he can play for a lot bigger club and Mark Schwartzer already gone , I dont see Boro being able to make any kind of assault on the top half of the table .

15. West Ham United.
